How to make a QR code for a Spotify song or playlist

You can make a standard QR code from any Spotify link so people can open your song, playlist, or profile by scanning — useful on posters, packaging, or a business card.

Create the code

1. In Spotify, open the song, album, playlist, or artist, tap the three-dot menu, and choose Share › Copy link.
2. In Scan QR Code Master, open My Codes and create a New Code with the Type set to URL.
3. Paste the Spotify link and generate the code.
4. Save or print it, and scan it once to check it opens the right music.

Spotify Codes vs a QR code

Spotify also has its own in-app 'Spotify Codes' (the scannable bar under the cover art), which only work inside the Spotify app's scanner. A standard QR code made from the share link opens in any camera or browser, reaching people who aren't already in the app.
