How to make a QR code for a Google Form
A QR code that opens your Google Form is perfect for events, classrooms, and feedback cards — people scan and start answering, no link to type.
Get the form link
- Open your form in Google Forms and click Send.
- Choose the link tab and copy the responder link (tick Shorten URL for a tidier code).
Turn the link into a code
- Open Scan QR Code Master, choose Create, and pick the website/URL type.
- Paste the form link and generate the code.
- Print or display it — and scan it once to confirm the form opens.
FAQ
- Will the QR code still work if I edit the form?
- Yes. As long as the form's link stays the same, you can change the questions freely and the code keeps opening the current version.
