How to make a QR code for a Google Form

Get the form link
- Open your form in Google Forms and click Send.
- Choose the link tab and copy the responder link (tick Shorten URL for a tidier code).
Turn the link into a code

- Paste the form link and generate the code.
- Print or display it — and scan it once to confirm the form opens.
