How to share and print a QR code
A QR code is just an image, so sharing it is easy — the trick is keeping it crisp and high-contrast so it scans every time, on screen and on paper.
Share it digitally
- In Scan QR Code Master, open the code you created and choose Share.

- Drop it into a slide, social post, or email signature at a size where the squares stay sharp.
Print it so it always scans
- Export at high resolution — a blurry or pixelated print won't read.
- Keep a white 'quiet zone' margin around the code; don't crop it tight.
- Print dark-on-light with strong contrast; avoid busy backgrounds behind it.
- Size for distance — bigger for posters, and always test the final print with a phone.

- What size should I print a QR code?
- A common rule of thumb is that the code should be at least about a tenth of the scanning distance — so a code read from 1 meter away should be roughly 10 cm across. Bigger is safer; always test the actual print.
